State Health Society Bihar, under National Rural Health Mission, invites application from suitable candidates for the following post on contractual basis for Community Health Centres & district hospitals of six districts (Vaishali, Rohtas, Muzaffarpur, East Champaran, West Champaran & Kaimur) under NPHCE Programme.
1-Post Name : Consultant Medicine
- Qualifications : MD in Medicine or equivalent degree from institution recognized by Medical Council of India.
- Desirable: At least 5 years relevant experience of working as a specialist in a district level or above hospital. (Preference would be given to longer experiences).
- No. Of Post : 12 (UR-06, EBC-02, SC-02 & BC-02) Posts.
- Age Limit : 50 years.
- Pay Scale : Rs.50000/- PM (Consolidated).
2-Post Name : Staff Nurse
- Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree/diploma in nursing.
- Desirable: At least 2 years relevant experience of working in a hospital.
- No. Of Post : 36 (UR-18, EBC-07, SC-06, BC-04 & BC (F)-01) Posts.
- Age Limit : 40 Years.
- Pay Scale: Rs.20000/- PM (Consolidated).
Application Fee : Fee of Rs. 500/- for applicants under General category, Rs. 300/- for BC/EBC and Rs. 250/- for SC/ ST candidates. Bank Draft (Application Fee) drawn on any nationalized bank and payable at Patna favoring”State Health Society, Bihar” should be sent along with application.
How to Apply : Application in the prescribed format and complete in all respect must be sent to Executive Director, State Health Society, Bihar, Pariwar Kalyan Bhawan, Sheikhpura, Patna-800014, along with bank draft, self attested photocopies of certificate and testimonials in sealed envelope only through speed/registered post so as to reach the above address on or before 14/05/2012 at 5 pm. The name of the post applied for must be mentioned on the top of the envelope.
