The candidate called for Interview shall be paid travelling expenses as admissible under the provision of Ministry of Finance, Government of India OM No. F.19045/ 1/74-E. IV (B) dated 30.01.76 (Government of India decision No. 5 and 8 below SR 132). As per this order, a single ordinary bus fare or single 2nd class rail fare chargeable by the shortest route, from the railway station nearest to the normal place of residence or from which they actually performed the journey whichever is nearer to the place of Interview, for distances in excess of 250 Kms each for outward and return journeys, shall be payable to the candidates appearing for Interview. However, in the cases of candidates belonging to SC/ST communities, 2nd class rail fare or bus fare shall be payable to the candidate provided that the fare of the First 30 Kms for both outward and returned journey is borne by the candidate.
The Cadre of Specialist Medical Officers, Medical Officers and Dental Surgeon of the above organizations have been re-structured on the pattern of Central Health Service. The post of Specialist Medical Officers, Medical Officers and Dental Surgeon Group ‘A’ is combatised in the rank of Deputy Commandant and Assistant Commandant respectively and that the rank structure is commensurating to their pay scale in the cadre, subject to instructions issued from time to time.
CHECK LISTS
Before sending application, the candidates must ensure following :-
(i) Application is completely filled and duly signed.
(ii) Recent passport size photograph pasted on the application form at the space provided and duly attested by a Gazetted Officer. A spare passport size photograph should also be attached with the application form.
(iii) Copy of Matriculation/School Leaving Certificate in support of Age/Date of Birth is attached.
(iv) Copy of certificates in support of MBBS/BDS or equivalent qualification and other specialized qualifications, issued by the recognized University are attached.
(v) Copy in support of completion/undergoing Internship is attached.
(vi) Copy of Registration from Medical Council of State/UT(for Medical Officer & Specialist Medical Officer) and Dental Council of India(for Dental Surgeon) is attached.
(vii) Copy of NOC issued by the employer, in case the candidate is a Govt. employee, is attached.
(viii) Copy of Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) in prescribed proforma to be attached.
(ix) Copy of NCC Grade Certificate (if applicable) is attached.
(x) Two self addressed unstamped envelop of 11.5x27.5 cm. size are attached.
