MIDHANI, a Mini Ratna-I and an ISO 9001-2008 company, is a hi-tech Metallurgical industry under the administrative control of Ministry of Defence, engaged in the manufacture of super alloys and special steels, titanium alloys in various mill forms and shapes for strategic sectors like Defence, Space,Atomic Energy and also for Commercial sectors. The Company has about 1060 employees. The present turnover of the Company is Rs. 417 Crores. The Company requires Professionals in the areas as detailed below:

Qualifications:
Post 1 : Graduate with Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (C.A.) of India OR Associate of Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (ICWA).
Post 2 : Graduate with Associate of Institute of Company Secretaries (CS) of India Candidates with certificates in Information System Audit issued by the respective Institutes i.e, ICAI /ICWAI/ICSI are preferred (for Posts 1&2).

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

1.Commission will hold a  Combined  All India Open Examination for recruitment to the posts of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and Grade ‘D’ for which  12th Standard Pass from a recognized board/university is the minimum qualification. The Examination will comprise of a Written Objective Type Examination followed  by  Skill Test in Stenography at 100 w.p.m. and 80 w.p.m. respectively. 

2.The Commission will not undertake detailed scrutiny of applications for the eligibility and other aspects at the time of written examination and, therefore,  the candidature is accepted only provisionally.  The andidates are advised to go through the requirements of educational qualification, age etc. and satisfy themselves that they are eligible before applying. Copies of supporting documents will be sought only from those candidates who qualify for the skill test. When scrutiny is undertaken, if any claim made in the application is not found substantiated, the candidature will be cancelled and the  Commission’s decision shall be final.
